The company is comprised of a supportive and nurturing community of wellness-driven individuals who are committed to working with clients to develop a comprehensive fitness, nutrition and supplementation prescription to help people improve their overall level of health and well-being. This staff is comprised of the best qualified, most talented and highly skilled individuals the industry has to offer. Many of the staff have Master's degrees in various aspects of health and fitness and all coaches carry current industry certifications.
The club, itself, provides a soothing and supportive sanctuary from the stress and strain of everyday challenges from within its sustainable architectural walls. The coaching staff work together to provide an individualized program of fitness and nutritional needs that are grounded in the latest science and leading-edge techniques. This combination provides the foundation for a results-driven strategy that goes beyond simple workout schedules and dance routines by impacting all aspects of clients' lives.
Hearthstone caters to all fitness and athletic levels and all age groups from the individual just beginning his wellness journey to the elite athlete training for competition at the national level.
